Have you ever had... a SNOWBALL FIGHT at a conference?
Snowball fights are great, but have you ever tried having one at a conference?!
Don’t worry, you don’t have to get frozen fingers or even wait until it snows to take part. This activity is all about being heavily interactive and allowing every conference attendee to have a say, with NO consequences. The idea is that attendees are encouraged to share something – ANYthing – anonymously, good or bad! They could be sharing an idea, a struggle they’re experiencing at work or at home, or just a fun suggestion.
This activity is super simple: have every attendee write their fear, complaint, suggestion, question – whatever they’ve got – on a normal piece of paper (without their name). Then, they’ll crumple it into a ball and throw it to the front of the room. Finally, the host (or fellow attendees) picks up each piece of paper and reads it aloud. This is a great way to encourage open thoughts and free expression!
