We are eager to add a hands-on, experienced Sales Super-person to our dynamic and growing creative team based in central Nottingham. Once you join us, we’ll be looking for you to find and develop sales leads as well as build relationships with our existing client base.

We have the gear, the ideas, happy clients, and we now need a special someone to help our events calendar continue to flourish! And we are of course happy to reward you for this key role. This position is ideal for someone who’s worked in an agency environment with corporate networking and sales experience and is looking to step into a small creative team environment where your impact can be felt, and the sky is the limit 🚀

Key Responsibilities:

  • Get a great understanding of the unique services we offer and how they will benefit our customers.
  • Create and deliver a strategic sales plan to achieve sales and growth targets.
  • Proactively expand the client portfolio by developing solid sales pipelines of opportunities, prospects, and sales.
  • Maintain a basic CRM system of interactions, activities, and opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and understand their business objectives.
  • Develop long-term strategies for existing & new clients, converting them into long-term profitable relationships that grow year on year.
  • General project management, coordination, and communication skills; owning and maintaining client communications before, during and after projects.
  • Work with our creative team to translate client objectives into thorough creative and technical briefs to help us exceed requirements and expectations with all stakeholders.
  • Network and build relationships with new potential clients, partners, and contacts.

Key Experience / Qualities:

  • Proven experience in working in an external business development role ideally within a healthcare or corporate events environment.
  • Relationship Builder, Value Adder who is motivated, target orientated and result driven.
  • Forward thinking and approachable.
  • Ambitious and driven self-starter.
  • Naturally well organised with attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a team and independently as required.
  • Experience in writing tenders beneficial.
  • Basic business level of IT skills and a full driving license.
  • Excellent communications skills
