Virtual AGM with multiple break-out rooms and voting
We have developed a bespoke virtual AGM experience for a European sporting federation, allowing in-person attendees to see and speak to delegates unable to attend, from their own offices and homes, whilst remote delegates can also take part in the discussion. This makes for smooth and natural communications for all. The main conference room and the breakout rooms each featured professional-quality voice capture and moving cameras, plus voting facilities and shared screen access.
